My name is Celeste Bostwick, the artist know as FloodTower.

I am a 34 year old artist from Southern Louisiana, and have now relocated to Austin, Texas. A long time established artist, I have been tattooing since 2014. My work is mostly illustrative linework and heavy blackwork styles. Black ink only. I go between machine and handpoking.
